What was the job?
TRS carried out extensive work at the busy Hartlebury Trading Estate in Kidderminster.
The scope of the project included insulated overcladding, valley gutter liners, replacing external gutters and drainage, overglazing and the removal of asbestos lining.
Consultants Knight Frank came to us because they knew we could get the job done within a tight time frame, ahead of a new occupier taking on the building.
We completed the work with time left to spare, greatly improving the look, insulation capabilities and energy efficiency of the building’s roof.
