What was the job?
We were appointed to make extensive repairs to a metal pitched roof at the Belliver Industrial Estate in Plymouth. This included replacing approximately 25 percent of the building’s well-worn roof, replenishing all fixings and applying a fresh polyurethane waterproof coating system.
TRS successfully upgraded the roof by hand while the building was occupied, keeping everything leak-free throughout the entire process. The project included reinforcement to end laps and various other works such as fire stopping, gutter loading and substation.
The final result was a complete transformation of the building’s roof, improving both waterproofing protection and aesthetic appeal.
