What was the job?
TRS have been working on this site for a couple of years, and this was the third contract undertaken. Working with our sister company TRS Construction Solutions, we delivered the industrial roof renewal and internal refurbishment of this 9000m2 factory, with a project value in excess of £1.4 million – making it one of TRS Roofing’s larger projects undertaken recently.
In terms of challenges, we had a tight time schedule and limited access to the roofs, as well landlords and incoming tenants to please. Our roofing teams worked closely with the client and reacted to the changing demands quickly and smoothly.
This project saw us successfully re-roof a 9000m2 industrial unit and install over 600m of gutter liner, in conjunction with the insulated composite panel. The finished result was a building ready for letting and a satisfied landlord.
