Flat roof systems
What was the job?
In conjunction with Katharine Lady Berkeley’s School in Wotton-under-Edge, TRS replaced all of the flat roofs. This element of the project was part of a bigger undertaking, where overall improvements to the building fabric were made.
The roofing project was a combination of stripping and renewing some blocks, and overlaying the existing roof on others. TRS ensured that every updated roof had additional insulation, leaving the school watertight and warm.
To provide a new insulated felt roof and insulated metal fascia cladding, with at least 25 years life to first maintenance.
Working in an operational school environment, safeguarding employees, students and visitors.
Work was completed on time and to budget. The school was given an improved working environment and appearance.
